Essential Functions and Basic Daily Duties

To produce profitable revenue streams within the SMB, Medical and Government sectors. Through consultative efforts, revenue streams will be achieved by sales of the following:

  1. Technology Support Agreements (TSA) and Creative Services Agreements
  2. Customized Infrastructure, Internet and Security solutions
  3. Emerging technology solutions such as Virtualization, Storage and Cloud related solutions

Employee will effectively manage their time to perform day-to-day prospecting activity, marketing activities, drive demand, generate customer proposals and presentations, make sales calls and close business.

  • Obtain new customers, service existing customers, prospect sales and marketing activities to Healthcare, Govt and SMB accounts by utilizing outside sales and marketing methods: community involvement, business contacts and Kinetix CRM application.
  • Generate appointments, cultivate new leads and meet with prospects.
  • Input all prospecting and closure information in the CRM database.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals for gross revenue and target production.
  • Ensure excellent coverage and penetration of market (Central Louisiana, 318 and 337 Area Codes)
  • Understand the dynamics of the Computer, Networking and Telecommunication market to ensure excellent coverage and penetration.
  • Assist in further defining vertical sales opportunities as necessary along with creation of necessary documentation and presentation materials.

Including above referenced activities, additional assigned tasks may be assigned per Kinetix Management Team.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge:

  • Proficient with Contact Management, Proposal Generation
  • Proven self-starter and success record
  • Understanding of Technology in the business environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of core network components such as Servers and Firewalls

Skills/Abilities

  • Prospecting to customers, reporting contact and lead generation to Management
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Demonstrate initiative to see that revenue targets are achieved
  • CRM application skills
  • Professional in appearance and social abilities

Elemental Requirements

  • Proof of identification and authorization to work in the U. S.
  • Valid Driver’s License with no “major” violations.
  • No history of felony criminal arrests and/or convictions.
  • Employment with Company at will.
  • Off duty technical or sales activities for profit are strictly prohibited and considered to be in conflict and competition with Kinetix.

The position requires a creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design.  Work involves the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.  Need an understanding of websites (layout, design and content), digital ad design, photography and video. 

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to present content in dynamic and compelling ways to maximize engagement and consumption by target audience
  • Write content for many different audiences for several industries (including -but not limited to Healthcare, Law Firms, Restaurant, etc.) 
  • Coordinate day-to-day digital marketing activities (Social Media, Digital Advertising, Email Marketing, etc.)
  • Conduct research to determine the best strategies for reaching the client’s target audience
  • Support the development of search engine optimization strategy and implements tactics to increase website page rankings and leading search engines
  • Keep pace with social media and digital marketing trends and developments
  • Works within a team environment to address the creative, strategy, and insight needs of a project
  • Works with variety of environments including WordPress, Drupal, and social media platforms, Adobe, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and commitment to the organization, represent Kinetix in a professional manner
  • Act as a team player/self-starter with the ability to analyze tasks, work independently and to drive projects to completion
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Required Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications related field
  • Google Analytics Certification (To complete within 30 days of start date)
  • Google Ads Certification (To complete within 30 days of start date)
    • Fundamentals & Two Specialty Certifications of your Choice
  • Other certifications as needed
  • Understanding of website design, website redesign, website hosting services, and SEO services
  • Understanding of technology in the business environment
  • Proficient with Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Social Media Platforms 
  • Proven self-starter and success record

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • PHP, SQL, Jquery, Twig, Strong knowledge of BASH scripting and Linux Command Line interface
  • Additional knowledge of HTML, CSS (Flexbox and Grid) and Javascript
  • Able to build and maintain modules/plugin features for Open Source platforms such as WordPress and Drupal
  • Assist clients with website related requests including content and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform website migrations between servers and between website platforms
  • Performs security updates on Drupal and WordPress and Linux Servers
  • Domain and SSL setup and configuration through LetsEncrypt
  • Assist Digital department with web related needs (ex: tracking codes, pixels, etc…)

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Working from a brief with an Account Executive, generating ideas to present to the client
  • Conceptualize visuals for print and digital environments based on requirements (concept, revisions, to delivery)
  • Contribute to strategic decisions, working with design and teams
  • Working knowledge of graphic usage across various media (digital, print, traditional)
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software provided
  • Managing and organizing the task/job infrastructure (Ex. Wrike)
  • Successfully implement content and design based on use and output
    Ability to work within open-source platforms including WordPress, Drupal, and Squarespace
  • Executing through high-level graphic design, lead design projects through research, concept, and completion using internal and external resources to fit brand guidelines
  • Work under the supervision of an Art Director and/or Creative Director
    Keep informed on the latest trends and technologies to be used for quality-of-life improvements and/or sales opportunities
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
