Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee our digital advertising initiatives for our clients, manage the ad budget across platforms, and effectively manage our digital marketing service line. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising Management:

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives across platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for better ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with advertising policies and best practices.

Ad Budget Management

  • Manage client ad budgets allocated for digital advertising.
  • Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and reallocate budgets for maximum efficiency.
  • Generate reports to track spending and ROI on ad campaigns.

Expectations

  • Budget Management: Regularly check and manage the budget for all digital advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and usage. Analyze and interpret spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conversion Creation: Design and implement effective conversion strategies to maximize client engagement and revenue. Track and optimize conversions through detailed analysis and iterative improvements.
  • ROI Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on ROI for digital advertising clients. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to continually improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with budget management and cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint or equivalent.
  • Google Analytics Certifications.
  • Google Advertising Certifications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
